Refund policy

🔄 Exchange & Return Requests
After the courier leaves, any exchange or return request must be reported within 24 hours of order delivery.
Shipping costs are fully borne by the customer, unless the item is defective.
🔁 Returns
In case of a return, the customer bears the shipping cost plus the flat fee (80 EGP).
The remaining amount will be refunded after inspection.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.
⚠ Defective Items
If the item is defective, we cover all shipping costs.
A replacement item will be sent to the customer after verification.
