📦 Shipping & Delivery
Delivery within 4–7 business days.
A flat shipping fee of 80 EGP applies.
📦 Preview at Delivery
Preview is allowed only in the presence of the courier , Once the courier has left, returns or exchange requests cannot be accepted. Please make sure to check the item carefully before accepting the delivery.

🔄 Exchange & Return Requests
After the courier leaves,  return request must be reported within 24 hours of order delivery.
Shipping costs are fully borne by the customer, unless the item is defective.
🔁 Returns
In case of exchange, the customer bears the full shipping cost, with a flat fee of EGP 85.
Returns are not accepted, except in the case of a defective item.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.
Refunds are issued via digital wallet or InstaPay after item inspection.
