📦 Delivery: 4–7 business days.  
📦 Preview: Material, color, and finish can be previewed with the courier.                              📦 Shipping rates: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

🔄 Returns: Only for size exchanges; report on the same day of receiving the product.  
🔄 Condition: Item must be in original state with tags. For size exchanges, the customer pays the shipping feez before the courier departs. In case of defective items, we cover the shipping cost.  
🔄 Refunds: Full refund issued via digital wallet or InstaPay after item inspection.
