Delivery within 4–7 business days.
A flat shipping fee of 80 EGP applies.
📦 Preview at Delivery
Preview is allowed only in the presence of the courier for material, color, and finish.
Trying on or size fitting is not allowed.                                                                                  📦 Shipping rates: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

🔄 Exchange & Return Requests
After the courier leaves, any exchange or return request must be reported within 24 hours of order delivery.
Shipping costs are fully borne by the customer, unless the item is defective.
🔁 Returns
In case of a return, the customer bears the shipping cost plus the flat fee (80 EGP).
The remaining amount will be refunded after inspection.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.
Refunds are issued via digital wallet or InstaPay after item inspection.
