A: Yes, you can preview the material, color, and finish in the presence of the courier.

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Returns are allowed only for size exchanges. The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: The return/exchange must be reported on the same day of receiving the product. The item must be in its original condition with tags attached. In case of a defect, we cover the shipping cost.
